There’s been a lot of buzz about Sheryl Sandberg’s book, Lean In. In the book , she deals with the lack of women in positions of leadership in business and across the board. In this workshop, we plan to teach women to how to lean into their business without sacrificing their relationships or their families. Many of us want the business and the family, but too few people are teaching how to navigate this successfully. We hope to teach participants how to: 1. Define what success looks like for their business and their family. 2. Create a support network for their success in both. 3. Set parameters/boundaries around business and family 4. Discuss expectations and how to manage them on a regular basis and renegotiate them when needed. 5. Create a plan of preparation/ prevention versus recovery / rescue for their business and family.
